Workforce Incentive Program

Jaeger Square is proud to participate in Columbus, Ohio’s Workforce Incentive Program by providing reduced rental rates on our apartment homes.

To qualify for reduced rates, an applicant must meet the following income requirements:

Single Occupancy: gross annual income less than $61,040

Double Occupancy: gross annual income less than $79,760

The floor plans labeled “Workforce Incentive Program” are eligible.
